Minimum amount
The minimum amount to shop for is 10 euro including VAT.
Prices
VAT is included in the price (25%).
Debit/Creditcard
Fee: 0 SEK
You pay with your Visa or Mastercard through Certitrade / Euroline 100% secure. All information is encrypted with SSL - 128 bit. The payment will be reserved on your account and pulled normally within 24 hours from the checkout. The transactions are done according to the new safetey standard "3D-Secure".
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is about three business days within Europe
Shipping
Shipping is free if you use normal non-recorded priority air mail. If you wish to have your package sent recorded with the ability to track it, the cost is 7€. If you want a recorded package , buy it in the gift certificate-area or contact us.
We can only take full responsibility for recorded deliveries. If you choose non-recorded, our responsibility ends once the package has left our warehouse.
Don't be alarmed though, over 98% of the non-recorded packages still reach customers on time and it's very rare for packages to disappear completely.
Your right of regret
You are allowed to return the items (unharmed) without any specific reason. You have 14 days to regret your purchase and notify us about it.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return-shipping.
The Law on Personal Data
Your personal information (name, address etc.) will be protected according to the Swedish law on personal data (PUL).
